By accessing or using Planet-Hosts.com (the "Service"), operated by Planet Hosts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Planet Hosts provides web hosting, radio streaming (SHOUTcast/Icecast), game server hosting, reseller hosting, and related billing services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your passwords and API keys.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or engage in email abuse.
• Host, stream, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to access, probe, or compromise any system or network without authorization.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' use of the Service.

5. Billing, Fees, and Renewals

Charges for services are due as described at the time of purchase. Recurring services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. One-time products (such as skill setup fees) are billed once. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided in our refund policy.

6. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Hosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time; any outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
